We now face increasing demands for our services and seek to expand our organization with a part-time (50-60%) Administrative Assistant. As a member of the Middle Office team, you are responsible for the administrative support of the order process and other common administrative work. You work closely together with the Sales department and the Financial Controller.


What you will do

  • Support SimaPro order processing
  • Offer administrative support for tenders
  • Administer sales invoices
  • Sending overviews
  • Administer Free Faculty licenses
  • Assist with information provision to our partners
  • Take care of other occurring financial and administrative support activities


Your profile

The ideal candidate we are looking for is an enthusiastic, energetic, committed and communicative professional who enjoys working in an international environment. You would like to contribute to a better world and have a work permit for the Netherlands. Candidates should also:

  • Have up to 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Have an MBO (+) degree or similar
  • Be able to work independently
  • Be pro-active, accurate and precise
  • Be good in English, verbally and written
  • Experience with Salesforce and Exact Online or similar is an advantage.
