What if I get an error message saying: ‘this release of the software is too new for your…’

This error message normally indicates that your service contract has expired, and you have not yet entered the latest registration code received with your renewal.  SimaPro needs this code to know which releases you are allowed to install. If your service contract has expired and you have not renewed it, you are not eligible for the latest updates. Contact us to upgrade to the latest version.
