What should I do if I receive an error message?
If you receive an error message, please close SimaPro and restart. Redo your last action and see if the error happens again. If so, please check if you have the latest SimaPro release via Help> Check for Update. If you do have the latest release, please send us an email via Help> Contact SimaPro Helpdesk, including:
- A screen shot or text of the error message
- A clear description of what you were doing when the error popped up, and what you tried to do to resolve the issue.
