The Sustainability Consortium (TSC) is a global organization transforming the consumer goods industry to deliver more sustainable consumer products. Their Members and partners include manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, service providers, NGOs, civil society organizations, governmental agencies and academics. PRé is proud to be also a member of TSC. On the 1-3 of May the TSC organizes their annual summit in Chicago.

There is a growing need from brands and retailers for sustainability data of their farmers. During the workshop on May 1st on "Why Brands and Retailers Need Farm-Level Sustainability Data" the needs from brands and retailers for farm data will be discussed – why they want it and how they use it. Additionally, growers will present during this session their view on sustainability and how the data can help them with farm management decision making. During this session, Caspar Honée from PRé will present our software solutions which enable this link between farmers and brands. This will provide brands and farmers with a robust insight in their environmental performance and opportunities for mitigation.
