Service Contract

The service contract gives you access to our SimaPro help desk and software and database updates. Purchasing a service contract is not mandatory and can be chosen according to your needs.

Why a service contract?

  • Always the latest version of SimaPro Software with its newest features.
  • You have access to the SimaPro helpdesk, which can be contacted by phone or email.
  • Save time with our database updates: receive new inventory data and impact assessment methods (at least twice a year).
  • Ecoinvent license maintenance is included in the SimaPro service contract.


Price List

Order 2 or 3 years of service contract to profit from a discount up to 10%. Note that these prices only apply if you renew your service contract.



  • Prices are valid until December 31, 2015.
  • All SimaPro licenses come with a one-year free service contract and you can purchase service contracts for additional years separately (see price list for Business or Educational licences) .
  • Other prices apply for service contract renewals (see price list)
  • We offer a 5% discount on a two-year renewal and a 10% discount on a three-year renewal.
  • If you would like to update your software but have cancelled your service contract you will have to buy a new SimaPro license at 75% of the listed price.


Renew your contract

Do you already have a SimaPro license, but not a valid service contract? To renew, please contact your local SimaPro Partner. If there is no SimaPro partner in your country, please fill in and submit our Service Contract renewal order form or contact us.



If you would like to cancel your service contract, please use the cancellation form.
